This flag has a picture of a galaxy that looks like an eye and is call "The Eye of GOD". It like God leaving as H-U-G-E clear-cut footprint in the heaven for those who look for Him. 2 Chronicle 16:9 speaks of GOD looking intently in from Heaven searching for whom He will show Himself strong on their behalf.

The Earth is placed in front-center of God's Eye showing He is watching intently around the globe for His vessel(s). When He finds him/her, He raises them up like an Eagle. Eagle speaks of a prophetic person with prophetic vision & is able to arise above their circumstances by the Spirit of the living God.
