If you cannot be at home to receive your shipment, please change you shipping address to your office or to someone else (friend, family members etc) address.
Fedex and DHL do not ship to PO Box Address.
All items are shipped from Penang, Malaysia
For shipment within Malaysia and Asean Countries, Shipment is via GDex Courier Service
For shipment beyond Asean Countries, Shipment is either handled by Fedex Express or DHL Express.
For countries outside of Malaysia, all import tax , Vat/Sales tax, if any are payable by the importer/Recipient and may be collected by the Fedex or DHL in the importing countries.
All return Shipment if any, the courier charge is born by the recipient. Import tax or Vat/Sales tax paid to your local authority are not refundable.
